中石化石油工程设计有限公司（简称石油工程设计公司，原胜利油田勘察设计研究院），始建于1965年，成立于1972年。是国家甲级勘察设计单位，全国石油行业油田采出水处理、滩海油田地面工程技术指导性设计单位，全国石油行业水处理技术中心站站长单位，中国石化集团公司上游最大的设计院，全国工程咨询50强、总承包百强单位。企业年收入约24亿，现有职工1200余人，是具有项目全生命周期执行能力的国际型工程公司。

Qianjiang-Shaoguan gas transmission pipeline project is an important EPC project of SPE. The pipeline length is 830km, pipe diameter is 1016 mm, design pressure is 10 MPa, the designed capacity is 6 billion cubic meters per year, with a maximum capacity of 16.8 billion cubic meters per year after pressurization. The whole project has 9 stations, 39 valve rooms, 1 maintenance and repair center an d 1 temporary control center. The terrain and landform of the region are mostly mountainous mountains, high mountains and dangerous roads, and the geological conditions are complex. Expressways, railways and rivers are crisscross, and the construction of pipelines, tunnels and crossing projects in mountainous areas is extremely difficult.

The owner of this project requested digital delivery, so SPE developed a group of technical backbone with the ability to execute digital delivery projects, formed a set of digital delivery standards applicable to long-distance pipeline projects, developed a digital delivery content list and requirements, and standardized data delivery process.
